IWICS Announces Completion of Special Investment Round
IWICS announced that it has completed a special offering of Common Shares to existing shareholders in support of its continuing operations. The entire round was completely subscribed by existing shareholders which canceled a planned offering to outside shareholders to participate in the Special Round.
